Management
Administrative constructions in a prevailing number are buildings of the so-called "public hand", with a high degree of public traffic. Planning for the "public hand" signifies creationing of public space, identification with the use and a high degree of economic efficiency.
These constructions often have a high representative value; they represent the artistic and creative understanding of the respective principal and are important reference points within our cities and municipalities.
Of course in the today's times it is important to consider all parts of the population, in particular old people and disabled persons. Hence, the requirements of a planning appropriate to the needs of handicapped persons or wheel chair users are integrated into our work.
Besides these free spaces of course do also serve the people that work in these buildings. They should represent to them oases of rest and meditation, should give them the possibility to return from a relaxed lunch break freshly to the workplace.
